Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron . We also accept cheques and postal orders. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for despatch.If your item is not in stock we will email you with the anticipated delivery date. Shipping And Handling
A UK mainland shipping and handling charge of £15 will apply to all orders under £150, orders exceeding £150 are delivered free. We have had to restricted the number of bulky items such as bubble wrap to one off per order. For high volume deliveries or for deliveries outside the UK mainland please ask for a quotation. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. We guarantee that if any item fails to meet your expectations it can be returned within 7 days and a full refund will be issued.
