The Cell-O EZ II Air Cushion Machine is designed to provide you with void fill when and where you want it. It is ideal for companies that use larger quantities of either bubble wrap or loosefill but don't wish to use valuable warehousing space storing it.

The Air Cushion Machines are available free of charge on a loan basis, subject to our terms and conditions. All you pay for is the polythene you use.The machines don't require a compressed air supply and run exceptionally quietly from a conventional power socket, making them ideal even for an office environment.

FASTTrack Benchmate™ System….. Just in Time Paper Packaging

The FASTTrack Benchmate™ Paper Cushioning System is a compact alternative to the standard FASTTrack™ System. Designed for the medium to smaller user market that does not require the larger, faster, full-size FASTTrack™ System, the Benchmate machine is simple to operate, cost effective and fast. Like its bigger brother, the Benchmate system dispenses paper directly into your shipping containers, quickly and efficiently.

Recycled Kraft Paper

The Benchmate machine uses rolls of recycled Kraft paper weighing only 15kg. Rolls yield an average of 2.0 m³ of material, requiring fewer roll changes during a work shift.

Faster and User Friendly

Operated by a convenient foot pedal, the Benchmate machine provides overhead dispensing that automatically feeds, crumples, cuts and dispenses paper, at a speed of 70 metres per minute, directly into the carton.

The Benchmate system is three times faster than competitive paper systems. The rolls are easy to handle and load onto the machine. Roll changes average less that one minute, saving production time.

Versatile-Bench Mount or Stand Mount Models

The FASTTrack Benchmate system is available "Bench Mounted" on a sturdy worktable or an alternate "Stand Mounted" on a steel stand that slides under your existing pack station. The Benchmate "Stand Mounted" model can be used next to a conveyor line or stand alone wherever needed.
